You are responsible for the loyalty, strengthening, and development of existing clients (> 50 employees) within Partena Professional, with the aim:
To increase customer value (share of wallet) through farming actions, cross-selling, and upselling of our Partena Professional solutions, including services such as outsourcing, consulting, or other products the client is not yet benefiting from.
To develop lasting relationships and strategic partnerships, as a strategic sparring partner understanding the client's needs and ambitions, in order to strengthen satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability.
To identify future opportunities and needs, and translate them into concrete solutions aligned with the client's vision and strategy.
Region: Brussels and Walloon Brabant

💼 What do we expect from you?
Farming & development within existing clients
· Maintain and optimize client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
· Identify development opportunities (up- and cross-selling).
· Increase share of wallet through strategic use of our solutions (e.g. social secretariat, consulting, outsourcing, HR services).
· Ensure proactive follow-up on client intentions and needs and convert them into concrete solutions.
Strategic account development
· Develop and exploit account plans to increase long-term client value.
· Conduct sectoral and segmented analyses to identify growth potential in clients.
· Translate market insights into commercial strategies.
Collaboration & internal alignment
· Actively collaborate with internal teams such as consultants, payroll experts, marketing, HR, and business stakeholders.
· Ensure a consistent approach towards the client.
· Share client insights to generate collective impact.
Active contribution to the commercial strategy
· Participate in developing actions to market our products and services.
· Develop relationships with network partners.
· Provide customer feedback to guide the commercial strategy.

Job requirements
⭐ Who are you?
· Solid experience in a commercial organization, ideally in B2B services.
· Experience in strategic business development and account management.
· Customer-oriented and results-driven, proactive and empathetic.
· Excellent communication skills (oral and written), convincing in at least one language (NL or FR).
· Possess a strategic vision, both risk-taker and doer.
· Relevant knowledge of several HR expertise areas (an asset).
· Able to easily switch between operational client contact and long-term strategic thinking.
