HR Partners, part of Partena Professional, specializes in Staffing Solutions: we support companies with Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Outsourcing, and Interim Management of HR profiles. To further accelerate our growth in Flanders, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Lead Consultant who combines both business development and recruitment expertise.

💼 What we expect from you:

In this role, you will combine your commercial flair with your recruitment expertise. You will:

  • Actively develop the market in Flanders by detecting new opportunities, building relationships, and positioning HR Partners strongly with clients and prospects.

  • Build and maintain networks through events, seminars, partnerships, and personal contacts.

  • Manage client assignments from A to Z: from intake and needs analysis to selection, follow-up, and aftercare.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing to roll out commercial initiatives.

  • Act as a point of contact for clients and build sustainable partnerships.

Job requirements

⭐Who are you?

  • You have approximately 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably combined with business development or account management.

  • You have a strong network in Flanders, supplemented with a proven ability to make new connections and seize opportunities.

  • You have strong organizational skills: you can follow up with consultants and projects and manage schedules tightly.

  • You are perfectly fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French. Knowledge of English is a plus.

  • You have a driven and entrepreneurial personality that takes ownership and works results-oriented.
