To strengthen our Payroll Partners on-site teams in Flanders, Wallonia, and Brussels, we are looking for multiple consultants in the field of payroll processing and HR administration.

💼 What do we expect from you?

As an HR Payroll Consultant On-Site, you work for the client, at the client's location every day. On a monthly basis, you work with multiple clients, depending on their needs and your schedule. You act as a partner to the client and are fully autonomous when it comes to accurate payroll processing, process optimization, and general advice.

You have experience with one or more payroll programs and are willing to fully immerse yourself in Partena's tools. As you are the point of contact for your client, HR employees, and all company employees, you speak multiple languages.

Job requirements

⭐ Who are you?

  • You have a degree in social legislation/labor law and Payroll or equivalent by experience.

  • You have initial experience in a payroll position and want to expand your knowledge and expertise.

  • You have applied knowledge of social law and a solid knowledge of payroll tools.

  • You are an enterprising multitasker who is customer- and solution-oriented.

  • You are sociable and a skilled communicator.

  • You are a team player who makes time for exchange and knowledge sharing.

  • The idea of going to the client motivates you!

  • You are deployable in one of our 3 teams: Flanders, Brussels, or Wallonia.
