As a Legal Consultant, you are the legal contact for your portfolio of clients. You translate complex legislation into clear and actionable solutions and build a strong trust relationship with clients. You act as a sparring partner for their legal questions, as well as for their projects and strategic choices. You actively think about their needs, follow the evolution of legislation, and actively look for opportunities that you then develop with your colleagues.

Your daily missions:

• Provide high-level legal advice in the field of labor law

• Proactively support clients and reflect with them on their projects and strategic decisions

• Monitor legal developments and translate them into concrete recommendations

• Detect business opportunities and pass on leads to the relevant services

• Provide training, organize visits to clients, participate in events and networking moments

• Build a lasting trust relationship with your clients

• Collaborate with other teams to offer integrated and quality support

• Actively follow legal news and share your knowledge with your colleagues

• You have a master's degree in law and a strong interest or experience in labor law.

• You are customer-oriented and results-driven: you think with the client and translate their needs into concrete solutions.

• You are proactive, organized, and communicate clearly and assertively.

• You take ownership of your cases as well as the projects or products you develop

• You are a true team player, with a positive energy and a sense of responsibility

• You speak French fluently and have a good knowledge of Dutch and/or English

• Experience or affinity with social negotiations is an asset
