Job description

As Strategic Partnership Manager, you will be part of the Sales team and play a key role in the strategic growth of Partena Professional. You will identify, develop and manage high-potential partnerships, with a strong focus on business development, value creation and new revenue streams. You will go far beyond sales alone and be end-to-end responsible for your initiatives, from the initial idea to operational realization.

💼 What do we expect from you?

  • You identify and analyse strategic collaboration opportunities that align with Partena Professional's objectives.

  • You develop new business models and revenue streams in collaboration with external partners and internal teams.

  • You build and defend strong business cases based on financial and budgetary analyses.

  • You negotiate and formalise sustainable and mutually beneficial partnership agreements.

  • You manage partnerships end-to-end: from concept to implementation.

  • You manage the performance of partnerships through clear and measurable KPIs.

  • You work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, finance, IT).

  • You anticipate, identify and exploit new growth opportunities.

  • You actively contribute to strategic thinking and innovation within the organisation.

Job requirements

  • You have demonstrable experience in business development and a global vision that goes beyond sales alone.

  • You have already taken on end-to-end responsibility for a product, service or business initiative.

  • You have a thorough knowledge of finance and budget management.

  • You are skilled at drawing up and defending business cases.

  • You demonstrate professional maturity and business credibility.

  • You are able to conceptualise complex issues and translate them into concrete actions.

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are focused on opportunities and creating value.

  • You are fluent in French, Dutch and English (C1).
