This position is open in Brussels, Liège, or Braine-l'Alleud. Two days per month are required in Brussels.

💼 Your responsibilities

• As a Consultant, you take the lead in the entire cafeteria plan implementation process:

1. Organization of workshops

2. Tool configuration

3. Tool testing

4. Data loading into the tool

5. Organization of information sessions for employees

6. Answering client questions regarding the cafeteria plan

• You support clients during the reopening of their cafeteria plan

• Autonomous organization of your work while meeting deadlines

• Keeping your knowledge up to date and improving your skills

⭐Who are you?

• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience, and you already have experience in payroll and social legislation

• You have a C2 level in French, knowledge of Dutch and English are assets.

• You are analytical and comfortable with Excel

• You are customer-oriented

• You are precise

• You are a fluent communicator, both orally and in writing

• You organize your time effectively and are flexible according to team priorities

• You can work autonomously as well as in a team, with a healthy dose of humor
