To strengthen our commercial capabilities, we are looking for a Sales Manager for our Medium segment, with a strong focus on strategic sales and people management, who knows how to inspire teams and build lasting customer relationships.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial development of a portfolio of solutions and customers for Flanders and Dutch-speaking Brussels. You will combine leadership, commercial expertise and a consultative approach to achieve growth, while promoting the values of Partena Professional.

💼 What do we expect from you?

  • Drawing up and implementing a sales plan in line with the commercial strategy.

  • Manage complex sales processes (multiple stakeholders, procurement, negotiations).

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of prospects and strategic customers.

  • Identify growth opportunities and set up new partnerships.

  • Coordinate and implement commercial actions in collaboration with Marketing.

  • Independently conclude contracts within the established pricing policy.

  • Managing, coaching and developing a commercial team (objectives, performance, feedback).

  • Representing Partena Professional at events and actively expanding an HR network.

Job requirements

⭐ Who are you?

  • People management: you live by the principle of practising what you preach.

  • Strategic selling: experience with complex sales processes and negotiations.

  • Experience: 5–10 years of experience in people management and B2B sales.

  • Clear communication with impact, both verbal and written.

  • Ambassador for Partena Professional, you actively promote our values.

  • HR networking: you actively build and maintain a relevant network.

  • Languages: Dutch (knowledge of French and/or English is a plus).
