At Partena Professional, we are at the dawn of a unique transformation. As part of a historic partnership with Odoo, we are setting up a dedicated team that will be responsible for successfully carrying out this large-scale transformation.

For this strategic project, we are looking for a Senior Transformation Project Manager who will play a key role in designing, steering, and implementing new business processes and models. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, working closely with key decision-makers to drive lasting impact.

What do we expect from you?

• Bring measurable improvements in terms of efficiency, customer experience, and scalability, leading a transformation that enables us to better serve our clients and enhance our digital presence through Odoo functionalities.

• Lead a strategic transformation project at an organizational level. Report to our transformation manager and have decision-making power within the project governance. Advise the management team on important choices.

• Be responsible for setting up and structuring the project (scope, planning, governance, profitability analysis).

• Manage and monitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and propose solutions.

• Report on progress, risks, and decisions to the steering committee (Steerco).

• Work closely with senior stakeholders and support them throughout the change process, from initiation to scaling, in a complex environment with multiple systems, stakeholders, and parallel change initiatives.

• Ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail in all project deliverables.

⭐ Who are you?

· Have at least 5 years of project management experience in transformation contexts.

· Proven experience in end-to-end transformation project management and process design.

· Experience in implementing new business models.

· Experience in project methodology, LEAN management, BPMN, and service design.

· Strong stakeholder management skills at a senior level.

· •Results-oriented and place a high value on impact and delivery.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Experience in team management is a plus (ability to motivate stakeholders and set clear deadlines).

· Strong communication skills and persuasive power.

· Fully bilingual: Dutch and French
