Job description

As a Key Account Manager, you are a true hunter of business opportunities and an ambassador of Partena Professional in your market. You actively develop your client portfolio consisting of companies with more than 300 employees by offering them HR and payroll solutions tailored to their challenges. With your expertise in the HR sector and your solution-oriented mindset, you directly contribute to the growth of Partena and the strengthening of its position in the market.

💼 What do we expect from you?

  • You actively prospect your market segment and identify new business opportunities.

  • You present Partena Professional, its mission, and all its HR, payroll, and related solutions.

  • You identify and engage key decision-makers and stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, management, ...).

  • You analyze the needs of prospects, including through payroll analyses, and participate in the development of specifications.

  • You co-create tailor-made solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

  • You build a lasting trust relationship with your key clients and ensure their loyalty.

  • You inform your clients about product, service, and procedural developments.

  • You identify and realize additional sales opportunities.

  • You ensure the operational follow-up of customer and prospect requests in coordination with internal teams.

  • You organize and participate in demos in synergy with the relevant departments.

  • You actively contribute to the visibility of Partena Professional through your presence in the local socio-economic fabric (events, seminars, conferences, ...).

  • You stay constantly informed about developments in the HR, payroll, and legal sectors in order to advise your clients effectively.

Job requirements

⭐ Who are you?

  • You are a true hunter, driven by prospecting and developing new clients.

  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar sales role.

  • You have a developed HR network and ideally come from the HR, social secretariat, or payroll sector.

  • You have a solution-oriented mindset and quickly grasp client challenges.

  • You are eager to show yourself, perform, and make a difference in the field.

  • You are flexible and adaptable, including at the regional level.

  • You can operate in a changing and dynamic environment.

  • You are autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented.

  • You have a C2 level in Dutch, a good knowledge of English (B2), and a good understanding of French (A2).
