What will you do?
As our new - AI Conversational Designer - you play a crucial role in realizing our ambitions in the field of AI. Your goal is to design, build, and optimize concrete AI-based solutions. You are not just a thinker, but above all a doer who turns ideas into working technology.
Think of setting up intelligent chatbots that really help, but also automating processes with AI. You are also the technical conscience for AI initiatives. You understand their needs, translate them into feasible technical solutions, and help bring them to life.

💼 Your responsibilities:
• Autonomously set up, test, and maintain solutions in an Azure environment.
• Provide technical support around AI (GenAI), both internally and externally.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within the Partena Group.
• Collaborate with partners and customers in the deployment of AI projects.
• Proactively think about the strategic deployment of AI within the Partena Group.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to a learning AI community within the organization.

• You have an affinity for building AI chatbots - professionally or as a personal project.
• You have a strong technical background, ideally in a Microsoft Azure context.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or the Power Platform is a big plus.
• You are customer-oriented and can convey technological concepts in an understandable way.
• You work independently but also feel comfortable in a collaborative context with colleagues and external partners.
• You have a strong technological curiosity and a willingness to learn.
• You are a critical thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You are someone who dares: take initiative, ask questions, and challenge the status quo.
• You are motivated to contribute to the AI future of the Partena Group.
• You have at least a B2 level in French and Dutch; knowledge of English is a plus.
