As a Business Development Manager, you are part of our Sales organization. You are responsible for retaining, strengthening, and growing existing customers (> 50 employees) in the East Flanders region with the following objectives:
Increasing customer value (share of wallet) through farming, cross- and upselling our Partena Professional solutions, including services such as outsourcing, consultancy, or other products the customer does not yet have.
Building sustainable relationships and partnerships, acting as a strategic sparring partner who understands the customer's needs and ambitions to strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
Detecting opportunities and future needs, and translating them into concrete solutions that align with the customer's vision and strategy.
You transform customers into true ambassadors of Partena Professional.
💼 What do we expect from you?
Farming & growth within existing customers
Maintaining and optimizing relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Detecting expansion opportunities (up- and cross-selling) within existing customers.
Increasing the share of wallet through strategic deployment of our solutions (e.g., social secretariat, consulting, outsourcing, HR services).
Proactively following up on customer intentions and underlying needs to convert them into solutions.
Strategic account development
Working with account plans to increase the long-term value of customers.
Conducting analyses in sectors and segments to detect growth potential within customers.
Translating market insights into commercial strategies.
Collaboration & internal alignment
Active collaboration with internal teams such as consultants, payroll experts, marketing, HR, and business stakeholders.
Ensuring a uniform approach towards the customer.
Sharing customer insights to create impact together.
Active contribution to commercial strategy
Contributing to actions to commercialize products/services.
Developing relationships with network partners.
Providing input to the sales strategy based on customer feedback.

Job requirements
⭐ Who are you?
Strong experience within a sales organization, preferably in B2B services.
Experience in strategic business development & account management.
Customer-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and empathetic.
Has a strategic vision, is both daring and a doer.
Relevant knowledge of multiple HR expertise domains (a plus).
Able to switch smoothly between operational customer contact and long-term strategic reflection.
Perfect knowledge of Dutch (C1) and good knowledge of French (B1).
