To strengthen our Global Employment Consulting (GEC) and Euro Services teams, we are looking for a multilingual, administrative and coordination‑oriented profile. You are someone who draws energy from structure, fast follow‑up and client‑focused communication, and who thrives in an international environment.

💼 What we expect from you:
• You manage commercial administration: offers, templates, pricing sheets, and shared mailboxes.
• You coordinate Euro Services activities, including follow‑up of foreign payrolls and input/output in EPIX.
• You support GEC administration: A1/Limosa, mandates, Ebox, database and document management.
• You organize and prepare client presentations, team meetings, webinars and internal events.
• You ensure rigorous follow‑up of internal processes: indexations, invoicing, mail distribution, trainings and internal tools.
• You are the first point of contact for clients and partners, providing fast and service‑oriented communication.

Job requirements

Who are you?
• Ideally, you have a first experience in an administrative role.
• You have a minimum C1 level in Dutch, French and English.
• You are organized, communicative and customer‑oriented.
• You work accurately, in a structured way, and thrive in a dynamic and international environment.
