As a 2nd line Client Tools Advisor, you will be responsible for resolving clients' software issues by phone and email. You will provide quality service to meet the technical needs of internal and external clients while ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and customer satisfaction.

💼 Main responsibilities:

  • 2nd line support : Manage complex technical incidents and questions related to the software used by our clients, providing quick and effective solutions.

  • Resolution by phone and email : Assist clients in resolving their software issues, mainly by phone and email, ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Tailored solutions : Configure and adapt software modules according to the specific needs of the client to optimize their experience.

  • Knowledge sharing : Collaborate with first-line teams and other departments to ensure continuous improvement of service and processes.

  • Training and support : Provide training and technical support to internal and external clients to maximize software usage.

Job requirements

  • Languages: Bilingual French/Dutch required.

  • Technical skills: Affinity with IT, training on client tools provided.

  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills for optimal customer service by phone and email.

  • Autonomy and collaboration: Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal teams.
