Your responsibilities:

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for managing applications, tools, and digital solutions for customers and intermediaries. You also coordinate projects aimed at improving or enriching the product portfolio, in line with the changing needs of the market.

Your daily tasks:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Payroll, IT, Sales, Legal...) and customers to define the necessary changes and ensure their implementation.

  • Set priorities, manage schedules, ensure coordination among stakeholders, and oversee execution that meets expectations.

  • Initiate and monitor improvement projects, taking into account user feedback, to offer high-value products that meet customer retention and acquisition objectives.

  • Identify the development or repositioning potential of digital solutions, contribute to their promotion, and align the product portfolio with market needs.

  • Validate technical and functional analyses, supervise test plans, and ensure product compliance before they go into production.

  • Participate in launch meetings, organize training sessions, and address questions from internal users.

  • Set up pilot groups to validate whether the solutions meet the formulated expectations.

  • Prepare workload estimates and value analyses for new proposals.

  • Stay informed about technological, regulatory, and competitive developments through professional literature, networks, conferences, trade fairs, etc.

Job requirements

  • You have solid functional or technical expertise in SAP HR and master payroll processes in an EC-ECP environment.

  • You can translate business needs into clear functional analyses, leading to technical specifications ready for development.

  • You have experience in social secretariat and actively follow legal developments, in collaboration with internal lawyers.

  • You are familiar with roadmap management and product budgeting, making realistic commitments regarding deadlines and scope.

  • You are known for your global vision, your ability to manage emergencies, and maintain a service level that meets customer expectations.

  • You work smoothly with various stakeholders (internal teams, customers, partners) and have excellent communication skills.

  • You are bilingual French-Dutch; knowledge of English is a plus.
