RPA Developer

At Partena Professional, we support entrepreneurs and companies in managing their human resources. As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we are strengthening our Digital Worforce team with a passionate RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer ready to play a key role in automating and optimizing processes.

As an RPA Developer, you are responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing automation solutions. You actively contribute to improving the organization’s operational efficiency.

💼 What do we expect from you ?

• Analyzing existing processes and identifying automation opportunities.

• Developing, testing, and deploying robust RPA solutions.

• Monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing existing bots.

• Collaborating with various business teams to understand their needs.

• Taking full ownership of your projects from end to end.

• Documenting solutions and sharing best practices.

⭐ Who are you?

• You have at least 3 years of experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation).

• You have hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool such as Blue Prism, UiPath or Power Automate.

• You are able to work autonomously while being a strong team player.

• You are flexible and enjoy a variety of tasks.

• You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.

• You have excellent communication skills.

You are native in French or Dutch, and fluent in English.
