At Partena Professional, we guide companies daily in their growth by offering them innovative HR and Payroll solutions. To strengthen our market position and support our commercial strategy, our Marketing & Communication team is looking for an experienced Segment Manager to lead the marketing development of the Payroll segment.

💼 What we expect from you:

As a Segment Manager, you play a key role in defining and implementing the marketing strategy for our Payroll services. Your mission: ensure a strong and distinctive positioning of Partena Professional in the market, in close collaboration with the business and our Sales and Communication teams.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop the marketing and commercial strategy of the Payroll segment, ensuring consistency with Partena Professional's overall vision.

  • Analyze the market, competition, and customer needs to define targeted actions with high added value.

  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals and contribute to their strategic positioning and pricing.

  • Promote our Payroll products and services in a creative and innovative way, in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Ensure synergy between our People & Organization and Payroll departments for an integrated approach.

  • Monitor marketing budgets, measure ROI, and constantly propose improvements.

  • Work closely with other key players (Sales, Communication, Loyalty Management, etc.) to maximize the impact of field actions.

  • Pay attention to the market and trends to anticipate developments in the sector.

Job requirements

  • You have a bachelor's degree, at least 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing (strategic or segment) and a good knowledge of Payroll or social secretariat.

  • You are analytical, structured, and strategically oriented, with a real ability to set priorities and plan your actions.

  • You enjoy working in teams, collaborating with different departments, and can handle demanding stakeholders well.

  • You are assertive and critical, able to defend your ideas to the company while maintaining a constructive attitude.

  • Thanks to your creativity and precision, you can propose innovative and concrete initiatives.

  • You master French and Dutch perfectly, both orally and in writing, and English is a plus.

  • You are proactive, results-oriented, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
