🎯 Your role

As Tax & Legal Consultant, you are the first point of contact for clients for all questions regarding wage taxation, particularly regarding the various partial exemptions from withholding tax deposits. Knowledge of income tax returns and international employment is a plus. You provide strategic and practical advice that really makes a difference. This can range from conducting audits to verify whether the BV exemptions are being correctly applied, to optimizing the application of the BV exemptions and guiding tax inspections.

So, you mainly focus on the partial exemptions from withholding tax deposits, where you not only conduct audits but also guide tax inspections.

On the other hand, your expertise can also be used in other areas, such as:

  • Optimization of remuneration packages

  • The BBIB/BBIO status and its correct application and calculation

  • Advice on international mobility (wage taxation, social security)

You work closely with colleagues in a multidisciplinary team but manage your files autonomously. You proactively identify opportunities with clients and help build sustainable relationships.

Job requirements

  • You have a Master's degree in Law and at least 3 years of experience in tax law.

  • You have a thorough knowledge of wage taxation and income tax.

  • Knowledge of social law, international employment, and/or the BBIB/BBIO status is a big plus.

  • You are analytically strong, work accurately and independently.

  • You enjoy customer contact and can convey legal information clearly.

  • You spot commercial opportunities and turn them into concrete actions.

  • You have a C2 level in Dutch, a B1 level in French, and English is a big plus.
