As a Total Reward Consultant, you advise our clients on developing and optimizing their reward strategy. You guide them in developing fair and market-competitive reward structures that align with their business strategy.

Your tasks:

  • Developing and implementing salary and reward strategies for various organizations.

  • Advising on market-competitive and transparent reward structures.

  • Guiding clients in developing and updating job classifications.

  • Conducting job evaluations and advising on job classifications.

  • Creating salary and merit matrices that contribute to fair reward decisions.

  • Setting up systems and processes that support performance-related pay.

  • Conducting salary benchmarks and reward analyses for clients.

  • Interpreting market data and trends to strategically advise clients.

  • Negotiating with trade unions.

  • Monitoring current legislation and market changes, and linking them to payroll technical implementations and consequences.

Job requirements

Who are you?

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within HR, Compensation & Benefits, or consultancy.

  • You are a Dutch speaker with a good knowledge of French and English.

  • You have experience with job evaluation methodologies such as Hay, Mercer, or ORBA.

  • You have experience with salary benchmarking and data-driven reward analyses.

  • You are familiar with various organizational structures and sectors.

  • You have excellent communication skills and can convey complex issues clearly to clients.

  • You have an affinity for HR systems and advanced use of Excel.

  • You are analytically strong, flexible, punctual, and convincing.

  • You are customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • You are willing to support clients on-site (willingness to travel if necessary).
