Play an active role in Partena Professional's marketing strategy!

At Partena Professional, we support thousands of companies every day with their HR and payroll management. To strengthen our market position and support the strategy of our Accountants segment, we are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Go-to-Market Lead to join our Marketing team. Accountants and tax specialists are our strategic partners in supporting our growth in the start-up, self-employed and entrepreneur segment.

💼 What do we expect from you?

Reporting directly to the Segment Manager, you will actively contribute to the implementation of your segment's marketing strategy. As a true operational leader, you will take charge of several marketing projects and ensure the roll-out of the go-to-market strategy in line with the budget and priorities set.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support the definition and execution of the segment's marketing strategy, in line with business objectives.

  • Develop and drive concrete action plans (communication, campaigns, events, digital activations, etc.).

  • Define the appropriate messages, channels and media to ensure optimal visibility for products and services.

  • Manage assigned marketing projects, monitor the allocated budget and measure the performance of the actions carried out.

  • Work closely with the Segment Manager, the Communication and Sales teams and the business to ensure overall consistency.

  • Be a point of contact for internal and external partners in the context of the segment's marketing initiatives.

  • Actively monitor market and industry trends in order to propose continuous improvements.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who wants to move into a more strategic role while maintaining a strong operational focus.

Job requirements

  • You have a bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing.

  • An interest in the world of accounting or accounting firms allows you to better understand our clients' challenges.

  • You are known for your analytical skills, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Collaborative, curious and solution-oriented, you enjoy working in a team and learning in a stimulating environment.

  • You are ambitious without losing sight of respect for hierarchy. You are proactive, rigorous and welcome to challenge ideas with intelligence and openness.

  • Fluency in French and Dutch is essential, and English is an asset.
