As an HR Tech Consultant, you are part of a multidisciplinary team that supports companies in optimizing and digitizing their HR processes.

As an HR Tech Consultant, you are part of a multidisciplinary team that supports companies in optimizing and digitizing their HR processes. You combine your HR knowledge with technology and process management to guide customers through the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — through an end-to-end approach.
💼 What we expect from you:
You advise customers on the selection and implementation of HR technologies.
You analyze existing processes and propose optimizations focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
You support in the integration of HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and other HR systems.
You contribute to the development of our own HR tech services.

Job requirements
You have 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR or HRIS context.
You have an affinity for HR technology and process optimization.
You are analytically strong and customer-oriented.
Experience with tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, or others is a plus.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and/or French, and have a good command of English.
