For our International Employment Consulting department, we are looking for a Legal Consultant with an interest in international employment and the associated legal advice.

For our International Employment Consulting department, we are looking for a Legal Consultant with an interest in international employment and the associated legal advice (secondment, salary split, expatriate status, simultaneous employment in different countries, local employment, etc.). Knowledge of taxation in an international context is a plus but not necessary.
You will join a dynamic team that pragmatically guides our clients in implementing complex international legislation (up to payroll execution).
💼 What do we expect from you?
In close collaboration with your colleagues, your main tasks will include:
Providing advice on applicable legislation (taxation, social security, labor law, residence law) in international employment situations;
Drafting employment contracts, secondment agreements, and addenda for cross-border and international employment situations;
Assisting clients in setting up correct payroll in the context of cross-border/international employment;
Applying for combined permits - A1 and Limosa formalities (single permit);
Supporting clients with administrative formalities;
Contributing to and providing training on international employment, both internally and externally.
Once a week, we work together from the office in Brussels. Additionally, you work one day from an office of your choice. Flexible work and partial telecommuting are possible.

Job requirements
⭐ Who are you?
You have a Master's degree in Law and 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field (such as employment law, social security law, etc.)
You speak fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and English
You enjoy working with numbers, have a hands-on mentality, are flexible, and have an entrepreneurial spirit ("consultant genes");
Some basic knowledge of salary statements for expats, splits, and shadow payroll is a plus
