To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an Accountant Desk Advisor PrC. Your clients are accountants/bookkeepers, and you are the contact person for their social secretariat: Partena Professional.
🏢 You work from an office closest to your place of residence (1x per month from the Brussels office)
💼 What do we expect from you?
You are the first point of contact for accountants/bookkeepers and provide explanations regarding their files
You support the administrative follow-up of customer files such as: sending duplicates (such as social balances,...), preparing certificates, providing invoices and accounting documents, ...
You manage the social secretariat file (Company Directors / NSSO) of the accountant themselves
You participate in projects where end-to-end processes of a social secretariat are optimized
If you are interested, you can also take on part of the payroll management.

Job requirements
Preferably, you have obtained a bachelor's degree in Law or Accounting.
You have 5 years of experience.
You have a C2 level in Dutch and at least a B1 level in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
You are independent, communicative, enjoy variety, and are customer-oriented!
