Your responsibilities:
As an Account Manager Partners, you are responsible for expanding and managing a network of partners (accounting firms, federations, etc.) within your region. You will actively seek new partners with whom a strong professional relationship can be built and encourage them to promote the company as a provider of HR services to their clients.
Your daily tasks:
Build strong professional relationships with various partners and keep them informed of what the company can offer as added value.
Follow up with partners from A to Z, measure their (clients') satisfaction, encourage their sales teams to acquire additional clients, and offer additional services.
Identify potential partners, visit them to better understand their profile. Analyze their portfolio and propose services and products that meet their needs.
Negotiate and conclude advantageous and long-term cooperation agreements with these partners.
Identify new market trends and communicate them to your marketing colleagues.
Additionally, increase the company's visibility by regularly attending events, fairs, and seminars.

Job requirements
You have at least 3 years of sales experience in a service sector.
You have an affinity with HR and/or accountancy.
Maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new opportunities are real passions for you!
You speak fluent Dutch. If you also speak English and/or French, that is a plus.
