Your responsibilities:

As an Account Manager Partners, you are responsible for expanding and managing a network of partners (accounting firms, federations, etc.) within your region. You will actively seek new partners with whom a strong professional relationship can be built and encourage them to promote the company as a provider of HR services to their clients.

Your daily tasks:

  • Build strong professional relationships with various partners and keep them informed of what the company can offer as added value.

  • Follow up with partners from A to Z, measure their (clients') satisfaction, encourage their sales teams to acquire additional clients, and offer additional services.

  • Identify potential partners, visit them to better understand their profile. Analyze their portfolio and propose services and products that meet their needs.

  • Negotiate and conclude advantageous and long-term cooperation agreements with these partners.

  • Identify new market trends and communicate them to your marketing colleagues.

  • Additionally, increase the company's visibility by regularly attending events, fairs, and seminars.

Job requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of sales experience in a service sector.

  • You have an affinity with HR and/or accountancy.

  • Maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new opportunities are real passions for you!

  • You speak fluent Dutch. If you also speak English and/or French, that is a plus.
